X-Pack is proud to be the partner of choice of
Marc Missotten (http://www.bieenkorf.be/ ) for many years for the bold BEE plus hive project.

This bee enthusiast has developed hives which have the particularity of being manufactured by X-Pack in very high density expanded polystyrene (120g/l).

EPS was chosen for its insulating qualities, its lightness, its three-dimensional design possibilities and its limited impact on the environment (recycling of the material).

In addition, the use of very high-density EPS allows the use of screws for the fixation of certain components and makes it possible to achieve a very good durability.
